It forms a breathable, but water-tight film which doesn’t allow transport of water and salts to the surface. 

SmartCare Bitumen Primer is a cold applied solvent based bituminous solution designed to penetrate and seal porous surfaces prior to the application of covering.

Asian Paints SmartCare PU Magnum US is single component waterproofing liquid membrane, offering superior mechanical and chemical properties, as the same is based on pure, elastomeric, polyurethane resin.
