DESCRIPTION MASTER LATEX is a single component emulsion of styrene butadiene co-polymer based latex, specially developed to improve the properties of cementitious compositions. MASTER LATEX when used in combination with standard quality of ordinary Portland cement enhances the mechanical properties such as bonding (adhesion) with various building materials, flexurals, compression and impact strength. MASTER LATEX improves the thin section fragility of cement when used as coating. It is resistant to hydrolysis hence can be used for external applications too.

 Master Crete M-81 is easily mixed with cement, cures to hard, tough, weather resistant surface & bonds strongly to most of the building materials.
 Master Crete M-81 can be over coated by exterior emulsion coating or cement based paints. It can be applied to a uniform thickness coating on horizontal and vertical surfaces.  Master Crete M-81 allows trapped water vapour to escape and prevents blistering and adhesion failure.
 It makes cement mortars or coating compact thus preventing salt penetration into concrete.
 It is unaffected by UV light and prevents discoloration of concrete and corrosion in steel due to its alkaline nature. It is resistant to water, dilute acids and alkali solutions. Coating is highly durable even in continuous contact with water.

DESCRIPTION

TECHOXY-3 is a two component epoxy resin based waterproofing compound. One part consists of epoxy resin and the other part of curing agent. After mixing both the parts, it can be thinned down with water. It possesses all the attributes of normal solvent based epoxy compositions such as excellent water and chemical resistance, adhesion, hardness, toughness and mechanical strength. One of the major advantages of Techoxy-3 over solvent based epoxy is that it can be applied on damp surface also. Being free from solvents, it does not pose any health hazard to the applicator. Techoxy-3 is completely, consistent & economical to apply.

DESCRIPTION

MASTERPROOF IWP – 1 is a liquid integral waterproofing additive (Admixture) for cement concrete and mortar. The waterproofing constituent of the MASTERPROOF IWP – 1 does not dissolved in water in which it is added and remains hardened concrete as a permanent constituent. One of the constituent is water reducing agent which allows the reduction of water content of the concrete mix thus increasing the strength of the concrete while maintaining the workability. It does not alter the setting time of the concrete mortar.

ACRYLIC COLOR MEMBRANE is a liquid membrane, which is a highly elastic, solvent free, natural rubber like ACRYLIC water proofing system. It is a one component and not a complicated mixture. DESCRIPTION TECHSEAL RDL 910/911 are two component sealant based on ‘THIOKOL’ – Polysulphide liquid elastomer. It consists of a ‘base’ compound and ‘accelerator’ (Curing Agent). When the two components are mixed together prior to application, a chemical reaction is initiated which cures instantly to a firm, flexible rubber like seal with excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, wood, glass, acrylic and PVC plastics. It is capable of withstanding repeated extension, compression & cyclic movements without the loss of adhesion and resists deterioration by weathering, sunlight, ozone, water, salt, oils and fuels. It is far superior to all the conventional joint sealing material like bitumen, mastics, metallic channels and expansion sheets. RDL-910 (Gun Grade) is a non-sag material used for sealing of horizontal, vertical & ceiling joints RDL-911 (Pour Grade) is a pourable & self leveling material used for sealing of horizontal joints only.
