All major repair works needs to be carried outwith a suitable repair material prior to the application.Surface Preparation: Metal surface: The surface on whichthe coating will be applied has to be cleaned of all rustscales by either using a wire brush or by grit blasting.Priming: Apply a primer coat on the concrete surface usinga brush or roller to seal the pores and stabilize the surfaceby diluting Eniroof SPR with 20% water. This will help inboosting adhesion for the top-coat.Allow it to dry completely for a minimum period of 8 hour’sbefore applying the acrylic coating.Application: To ensure a homogenous mix, it isrecommended to mix the contents of the pail prior to theapplication. Apply each coat of Eniroof SPR at a coveragerate of 1 lt/m2 to attain a Dry Film Thickness of 0.6mm. Atotal of 1.2mm thickness will be achieved in two coats.For best results, apply the coating with a soft bristledbrush or a roller.Corners and joints shall be treated with a fibre mesh toprovide added strength to the applied coating. This meshshall be applied immediately on the 1st coat whilst it is stillwet.The application of the second coat shall be carried out afterthe first coat dries off.Curing: The coating shall be cured fully for 72 hours@28DegC to achieve its full mechanical properties.

Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP is based on modified styrene butadiene latex supplied as a ready to use bonding agent in liquid consistency. It is used for repair of spalled concrete – floors, columns, beams, chhajas, slabs. Waterproofing of toilets & bathrooms, small terraces etc. It bonds strongly to old & new concrete and to plasters. It reduces shrinkage, prevents cracking, dust pick up & improves abrasion resistance.

Dr. Fixit Flexi PU 270(I) is a liquid-applied, highly permanent elastic, cold applied and cold curing, one component polyurethane membrane used for long-lasting waterproofing. Solvent based with root resistance properties. Method of Application APPLICATION Careful surface preparation is essential for optimum finish and durability. The surface needs to be clean, dry and sound, free of any contamination, which may harmfully affect the adhesion of the membrane. Maximum moisture content should not exceed 5%. Substrate compressive strength should be at least 25 MPa, cohesive bond strength at least 1.5 MPa. New concrete structures need to dry for at least 28 days. Old, loose coatings, dirt, fats, oils, organic substances and dust need to be removed by a grinding machine. Possible surface irregularities need to be smoothened. Any loose surface pieces and grinding dust need to be thoroughly removed. WARNING: Do not wash surface with water. REPAIR OF CRACKS AND JOINTS: The careful sealing of existing cracks and joints before the application is extremely important for long lasting waterproofing results. S
